Registrations are starting to come in for the ride on November 12th. Start and end at Starbucks, 2702 W. University in Edinburg, TX. Map Link:
To register please click here: Event Registration
Please park in nearby Lowes parking lot because we don’t want to fill up all the parking spots in the small parking lot.
I plan to be there by 6 AM. I will have cue sheets and cue cards available to those WHO REGISTER. Options are 100K, 204K or 301K.
Route cue sheets and links to the maps are on this page. Routes are here:
Wheels down at 7 AM sharp, which is the official start time whether you are late or not.
Remember if you want to be a RUSA member you can sign up anytime. Even previous members should bring their number for the ride and when you re-register in the future you should get credit.
Current yearly rate is $25 and the RUSA magazine is really good, plus you are promoting the sport of cycling and Randonneeuring
Don’t forget lights and reflective gear when you ride; they are required!! No excuses!
I often get questions related to rules about this sport. Please take a few minutes to review this link:
Pay SPECIAL attention to article 6 in relation to personal support or SAG.
There is currently no official charge for doing one of these rides, other than a suggested donation of $5 to cover my cost of insurance. We had a great turnout last year in Edinburg.
I have new hat pins for RGV Randos so the first 100 riders to complete any of the distances will receive the new pin….until I run out 😉
See you out there on the bike paths, be safe and keep riding. To all the riders who have participated so far in 2016, thanks for being there and keeping the sport of Randonneuring alive in South Texas.
